- Take your time! The goal is to try all 30 meditation techniques. It doesn’t have to happen in 30 consecutive days. You may find that certain techniques resonate with you more than others, and you’ll spend more time on them.
- Try each one! Each technique has its own unique purpose and benefits. Try each one. Remember, these are all tools that can help you to cultivate greater inner peace. If you try the tool and don't like it, just place it in your mental toolbox and move on. It might come in handy later in life. You never know.

- Set a reminder! Set a daily reminder on your phone to ensure you remember to do your practice.
